- Users whose accounts have been previously suspended or closed
4. Betting Rules

4.1 Placing Bets
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless HD99 grants an exception for specific reasons.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each market.
- Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time your bet is successfully accepted will be considered final.
- HD99 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
4.2 Result Settlement
- Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sport.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
- If evidence of match fixing or irregularities is found, the bets in question may be voided.
4.3 Multiple Bets
Placing correlated bets across different markets within a single event is prohibited. Any such bets, once identified, will be voided.
